Blocking Users
If you experience harassment or simply do not want to receive communications from a specific user, you can easily block them.
Once blocked, the user will not be able to view your profile, send you messages, or interact with you in any way.
To block a user, visit their profile and click the Block button.
You can manage your blocked users list at any time from your account settings and unblock users if you choose.
Reporting Users
If you encounter behavior that violates the platform’s rules or community guidelines, you can report the user or their content.
Reports can be made for harassment, bullying, offensive content, or any other policy violations.
To file a report, use the Report option located next to the content or on the user’s profile.
Our support team reviews reports confidentially and takes appropriate action promptly.
What Happens After Reporting
Upon receiving a report, a thorough investigation is initiated by our moderation team.
The involved parties may be contacted for additional information if necessary.
Possible penalties include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on the severity of the violation.
You may appeal the decision if you believe it was unjust.
