App Crashing or Freezing
If you experience the Vibbly app crashing or freezing, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Restart the App: Close the app completely and reopen it.
Update the App: Make sure you are using the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Updates often fix bugs and improve stability.
Clear Cache (if applicable): On Android, you can clear the app cache via Settings > Apps > Vibbly > Storage > Clear Cache.
Restart Your Device: Sometimes a device restart can clear temporary glitches affecting the app.
Check Internet Connection: A weak or unstable internet connection can cause performance issues. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test connectivity.
Free Up Device Storage: Low storage can impact app performance. Ensure your device has sufficient free space.
